Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging.
Send your request through our Contact page with the order number and reason for return. Items sent without an approved request may not be accepted.
Incorrect or damaged items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs if the item is incorrect or damaged. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing may take 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged. Exchanges depend on size and product availability.
